FFABT exists to end poverty and all related social injustices. We started several years ago working on systems to improve upon the higher education pipeline and have made significant progress. FFABT aided nearly 40,000 Arizona students in the last several years to prepare them for a successful transition from higher education to high-demand careers within Arizona's workforce.

Over the last three years, we have expanded our mission to improve the organizations that support underserved youth in Metro-Phoenix and Maricopa and Pinal Counties. We offer strategic planning, grant writing, assistance, and project management services. FFABT is aware of the spike in demand for these services in light of the current economic downturn.  

It is our goal to create a system of partners in our cause to end poverty. Therefore, by working collaboratively, we can see wide-scale change in public assistance. Our first step includes tackling the rising need for youth services in our region. This is a result of  the massive growth in Central and Southern Arizona over the last five years. FFABT seeks to serve this population by targeting specific gaps in current services and bridging information pipelines to current service providers so they can expand their reach while lessening costs.
